In the October event of the Austin Startup Meetup, we will discuss strategies to build the right teams for startups.
Building a successful startup needs the right mix of vision, execution....and team! That's right, the team is an essential component that can make or break a startup. The founder(s) can only accomplish so much without a helping hand. A great team can greatly enhance the success of a startup, and many times accomplish much more than what the founder had originally set out to do. A poor team can easily kill the startup before it can even launch.
But what makes a great team? What does it take to build the right team? How does a founder go about building one?
In this session, we will focus on all those questions and peripheral activities of collecting actionable feedback. As always, this is a free session, so all you gotta bring with you is a curious mind and your experiences and ideas to share with others so we can have an enriching conversation and we can all benefit from the exchange of information and ideas.
