About Us
Austin Startup Meetup is a platform for entrepreneurs and startups in the Austin (and the larger Texas) ecosystem to connect, share their knowledge and experiences, wins and losses, and collaborate, support, and learn from each other to build great companies. We're one of the largest and most active startup communities in Texas.
We are a community of over 6500 founders, advisors, mentors, experts, investors, and enthusiasts coming from diverse backgrounds, bringing with us a wide spectrum of perspectives, experience, and industry expertise. Since 2017, we had over 80 events that included expert talks, pitches, startup show-cases, mentor/advisor/investor office hours and networking events, attended by more than 8000 people.
We meet monthly, and organize a variety of events covering various topics of interest to founders, like fund-raising, growth, user acquisition, startup law, patents and IP, sales, marketing, etc. We believe that knowledge and expertise should be easily accessible, so our events are, and will always be free.
